Conditions of use for the Timelyshot app.

By downloading and using Timelyshot you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
Timelyshot calculates alignment moments of the Sun and Moon with the points you choose, as well as sunrise, sunset and golden hour times, to help you plan photographs. Calculations are processed on our server.
You are responsible for your own safety when travelling to shooting points. Respect local laws, private property, restricted access and the rules of natural and protected areas. Do not use the app while driving.
Predictions are based on astronomical models and the data you enter. They can be affected by location accuracy, terrain, obstacles or weather conditions. They are provided as guidance and we do not guarantee an exact result in every case.
Some features require an account. The app offers a number of free calculations per day; there are no purchases or credits. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
The app, its design, its brand and its content belong to their owner. Copying, distributing or reverse-engineering the app without authorisation is not allowed.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use it, including missed photo opportunities.
We may update these terms to reflect improvements or legal changes. We will publish the current version with its update date.
